For the second edition of Humber River Hospital’s magazine, Care Closer to Home, we crafted a design that reflects the hospital’s deep connection to the community it serves. Through thoughtful typography, engaging layouts, and a warm, human-centred aesthetic, we brought their stories to life—showcasing the hospital’s innovative programs and the people behind them.
